10kt yellow gold 16.50ct rectangular cut ruby with .04ctw round diamond accent pendant. The ruby is approximately 20x15mm. It is from India and there is no heat treatment detected. This pendant has a drop measuring 1 5/16 inches and a 3.5mm bail.
